At 2:23 this afternoon, this is what I posted to blogging.la
What's going on at Sunset & Vine?Sunset is shut down just west of Vine. That would be in front of the Arclight Theatres.
There is a police officer directing traffic off of Sunset and there are flares on either side of the street.
Anyone?
