It's a good thing the Foster's eggs were adopted by T a few days ago because that's the only reason they survived the weekend.
We had some people over on Sunday afternoon so I thought I'd put out a few snacks. And I thought I'd make some deviled eggs, which meant bye-bye Halloween eggs.
Here's the proof:

And the finished product (well, the entire spread, really):

In addition to the deviled eggs, we had pistachios, peanut butter filled pretzels, a spread of wheat and poppy seed crackers and mini-toasts, brie, jarlsberg, and monterey jack cheese, a veggie platter (broccoli, celery, carrots) with spinach dip, mixed nuts, Peppermint Bark from Williams-Sonoma, little crunch oatmeal raisin cookies, and a mess of drink options.
While there were some mishaps during the making of the deviled eggs, the eggs were a hit & were completely gobbled up... they ended up being only thing that we didn't have leftovers of.

I haven't had devilled eggs since a 4th of July picnic when I was a little kid! They are good. Anything full of cholesterol is, I suppose.
