...my camera is not COMPLETELY broken. It still works, it's just kind of broken and I am afraid to use it now.

I am clear on that! Is your camera worth repairing, or are you considering some kind of upgrade? I got mine from http://www.beachcamera.com but I am sure there are a zillion bargain camera stores in your neck of the woods.
