Posted by: kinkoman at July 6, 2004 07:37 PMYou can tell when a company makes too much money: The have a "hold jocky" - like a disc jocky on a radio station, the hj plays music, provides witty banter, and "traffic reports" about how long you have to wait in the various tech help queues.

I HATE being on hold! Wish I had some suggestions, but I just sit there and get grumpier and grumpier and grumpier until that poor soul answers the phone to find me being grumpy:(
