Its amazing that there are still branches that are living in the days of old. Although I cannot say that things will be changing quickly for the L.A. stores, things have improved a great deal here in the northeast. My suggestion, contact 1-800-2KINKOS and let them know what you feel how these branches operate. I would also fill out the customer comment cards. Come to my store, we'll treat you right ;)
