Tofu, white onion, green onion, carrots (diced), sweet peas, minced garlic, Brussels sprouts, shredded carrot, napa cabbage. [I made 2 tofu stir-fry dishes from the above + browned the Brussels sprouts separately]
Not shown: cubed chicken breast, diced brown onion, ground pepper/garlic/salt paste; steamed cauliflower. + Diced tomatoes (canned). White rice. [I made a chicken dish and put it over rice + mashed the cauliflower.]
Also not shown: pork spareribs being marinated overnight for a Chinese flavored marinate that Yoshi made.
