Dinner at 15 Cats Cafe: Satay/Spicy Beef Fried Udon + Taiwanese Pork Stew Rice, originally uploaded by @jozjozjoz.

This is for Ernie, who I believe loves braised pork belly.

My brother and I split these dishes for dinner. We wanted something "light" and ended up with pork belly. Oops!
