My Mom and I were staying with friends at their beautiful 10 acre
estate in North Scottsdale, about a mile from the Four Seasons Hotel.

2 Pastas: Chicken Pesto Linguine + Mom’s Lasagna
2 Entrees: Eggplant Parmesan + Seared Pork Medallions
2 Desserts: Apple Crostada + Toasted Nonna’s Pound Cake
