He had meant to cut his toenails for the shooting the night before, but he was out partying way too late and way too hard. Didn't get the chance to. Then he woke up too late this morning, stumbled out of his place, and had to rush to Rite Aid to buy a nail clipper because in his groggy hangover state, he couldn't locate one in his apartment. He is running *REALLY* late so the minute he got out of Rite Aid from buying the nail clipper, he hurriedly cut his toenails so he could make it to the shooting on time and with neatly trimmed nails. In that context, cutting your toenails in public outside of Rite Aid in the middle of the day makes perfect sense. He’s a foot model, Joz, and he had a photo shooting of his feet that day.
