EQUITY PUTTING CASH INTO ACTION
COLOGNE, Germany — German media fund Equity Pictures is sinking its money into the action genre, investing $70 million in a new slate of productions that includes titles toplined by action veterans Keanu Reeves, Vin Diesel and Sylvester Stallone (HR 8/4). Cash from Equity’s fund will help bankroll such upcoming features as the Reeves starrer “The Night Watchman,” based on the James Ellroy best-seller about a racist serial killer; “The Retriever,” which features Diesel as a one-man army fighting to save the world from nuclear apocalypse; and “Rambo IV,” in which Stallone returns to his most famous action role.
I don’t know if that’d be as entertaining as a movie about a racist cereal killer. “Die Coco Crispies! Die!”

It was bad. RE: Cocoa Krispies. I think you can substitute them in rice krispie treats and make a darn good snack. Especially the peanut butter ones. Not that I’ve ever tried making them myself or will I ever, but those of the culinary mindset can give it a whirl. I bet even Keanu Reeves would like ‘em. He might even say… that… they’re… EXCELLENT! (OK, I’ll stop).
You THINK you’re funny, muckdog…

Keanu Reeves is hot!
