I’m glad I got to see the Expos play when we were in Montreal. Now they’re headed to DC, another favorite city of mine.
I am sad I did not get to take a picture with the real Youppi, though.

Sadly, that’s the one thing I’ll always remember about baseball in Montréal.
Sad. But was it that Montreal just couldn’t afford to keep the team?
sorry to that montreal expo fan. he’s gonna have to move to toronto or take up curling.
Just not enough fans to pull through, so no use keep putting money into it I guess… pretty soon Canada won’t have any pro teams left - in any sports. If there’s one thing US has that we Canadians don’t have enough is national spirit….
Now if they can only get their NHL teams on the track…
I was there at their last game.. It was like wacthing an exacution right in front of your face and you couldn’t do anything about it… Thankyou Expos .. I will remember 1994..
