Note to self:

PUT YOUR PASSPORT AWAY!

There is no conceivable reason that you need to be carrying your passport around with you, seeing as it’s been more than a month since you returned from Canada.

And frankly, you’d do just fine crossing the US-Canadian border without a passport anyway. Picture ID (like a driver’s license) is good enough.

I am sure you could cross any border with just a wink and a nod! ;-)

U betcha. Losing it here is *nowhere* as bad as losing out-of-country.

Fortunatly I’ve never been there B4.

I had my passport in my handbag for 4 months.

Maybe I was hoping to get back to LA or something, I dunno.

i carry it all the time. i travel a lot and it came in handy the day i forgot my driver’s license, but didn’t discover that until arriving at airport security. and then riding in cabs at my destination rather than renting a car was kind of fun too.
