I managed to bonk my head REALLY REALLY hard as I was putting fishie tank supplies away under the sink.
Proof positive that cleaning your fish tank can be hazardous to your health.

thank you for cleaning the fish tank! the fishies thank you, too! of course, their version of “thank you” is to see how fast they can jump out of the tank once the lid’s off, but they know you love them!
My part in the fish tank is to clean the filter. Luckily, less injury. I just can’t ever get the thing going again, and end up using my mouth to get the syphon action. Gross!

Oh I am supposed to clean the fish tank, hmm that’s probably why some of the fish have passed away. The exception of one mutant fish who has lived in the tank clean or not for two years plus.
I am tired of the tank and the fish. I can’t purposely kill them. We were down to two fish, one night we came home from a date and there were a dozen. WTH?! The kids had some ridiculous story how the tank got replenished.
Just be thankful it didn’t require stitches.
OUCH! A nice cold drink is also in order! I usually end up boppin’ my konk emptying my dryer. Some dingdong (it was there when we moved in)put a nice CABINET right there! My lump has a lump:(
