I wake up in the morning and find that my blog is broken due to spam.
MT-Blacklist doesn’t work on my server.
I can’t use MT 3.0 on my machine (screwy broswer issues).
Maybe I should leave my blog broken until I can figure out what to do.

That SUCKS! Spammers just need to go AWAY!
Or switch to Expression Engine. Just another option for ya.
I installed blacklist today because spammers are just doing my head in!
I may well be the only blogger who has never had any spam. Ever.
Of course, this is because no one visits my site. Fade into obscurity and your spam problem will be no more.
You might want to disable comments on old posts - I’ve been doing that, and it seems to be working.
sorry about your blog
If I didn’t like reading my comments I would be half tempted to start turning them off completely.
It’s gotten pretty rediculous lately.
what up, i like the site.
Sorry to hear about your terrible experiences
DIE, you scurvy spam sloppers, just *DIE* already!!
I’m kinda all about the obscurity. I put in a robots.txt file to ward off search engines, and included META tags to do the same thing in my MT templates. Of course, that means I’m not generally found in a search engine, but my friends and acquaintances always know where to find me.
Why doesn’t MT Blacklist work? If you can use MT, I’m surprised you can’t use Blacklist - even I got it working on the retarded machine I recently transferred to (which is not so retarded now).
If you want to discuss, let me know: I have mine running with YAML (the ‘not so easy install’, since it was a sod and wouldn’t work the easy way). Lemme know.
